Daftar Data Trouble Code ( DTC ) Mesin Toyota Fortuner (  1KD-FTV Dan 2KD-FTV )

lksotomotif.com - Toyota Fortuner adalah mobil Sport Utility Vehicle ( SUV ) dari produsen asal Jepang, Toyota. Mobil ini telah dijual di Indonesia  sejak tahun 2005  dan negara Asia Tenggara lainnya. Mobil ini dibuat berdasarkan platform IMV yang terdiri dari Toyota Hilux atau disebut juga dengan Toyota Hilux Vigo di Thailand, dan Toyota Kijang Innova di Indonesia. 

Pada awalnya mobil ini dirakit di Thailand dan diimpor utuh CBU (Completely Built Up) oleh Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM).  Namun pada awal tahun 2007, Toyota Fortuner sudah dirakit dalam bentuk terurai CKD  (Completely Knock-Down) di Indonesia.  Dan terhitung sejak tahun 2010 menyusul ditutupnya salah satu pabrik perakitan Toyota di Bangkok maka proses perakitan Fortuner versi mesin bensin dialihkan seluruhnya ke Toyota Indonesia.

Spesifikasi Mesin Dan Kode DTC  1KD-FTV 

1KD-FTV pertama kali diluncurkan pada  tahun 2000. 1KD-FTV memiliki kapasitas silinder 3.0L (2982cc) 4 segaris common rail dengan teknologi VGT ( variable geometry turbocharger )  dan sudah dilengkapi  Intercooler. 

Memiliki diameter  silinder 96 mm dan langkah 103 mm. Menghasilkan tenaga 172.72 hp (127 kW) pada 3400 rpm, dengan torsi 260 lbf·ft (352 N·m) pada 1800-3400 rpm. Rasio kompresi 17.9:1.

Mesin 1KD-FTV digunakan pada Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, generasi ke-3 Hilux Surf juga Toyota Fortuner, Hiace dan Toyota Hilux.

Spesifikasi Mesin Dan Kode DTC  2KD-FTV 

Mesin seri 2KD-FTV muncul pertama kali pada  tahun 2001. Mesin ini memiliki kapasitas silinder lebih kecil yaitu 2.5 L ( 2494 CC ).

Kapasitas mesin ini diambil dari generasi sebelumnya yaitu mesin seri  2L engine. Diameter silinder  tetap 92 mm namun langkahnya lebih panjang menjadi 93.8 mm. Mesin ini juga sudah dilengkapi dengan turbocharger dan intercooler.

Menghasilkan tenaga 101 hp (75 kW) pada 3400 rpm dan torsi 191.7 lb·ft (200 N·m) pada 1600-3600 rpm tanpa intercooler dan 118 hp (88 kW) pada 3400 rpm dan torsi 239.85 ft·lbf (325 N·m) pada 1600-3600 rpm dengan intercooler. 

Toyota Thailand menambahkan teknologi variable nozzle turbo (VNT) dengan intercooler yang bisa menaikkan tenaga mesin menjadi 142 hp (106 kW) pada 3400 rpm dengan torsi 343 N⋅m (253 lb⋅ft) pada 1600-2800rpm.[1]

Mesin ini digunakan di Toyota Hilux, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Kijang Innova dan Toyota Hiace. Saat ini mesin 2KD-FTV sudah berhenti produksi dan digantikan dengan mesin berkode 2GD-FTV.
